Traumatic Event Management is a confidential process that allows groups to share their experiences and reduce the likelihood of reactions becoming problematic.
 
Feelings & stress symptoms are normal reactions to abnormal conditions. TEM debriefings allow groups to 1.) process traumatic events, 2.) understand how additional stress, grief, and sadness impacts us, and 3.) learn how to care for yourself.
